Biography
Seda Palanduz graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2013 as the class valedictorian. She received her LL.M. from Yale Law School in 2016. She also received a second LL.M. degree on private law from Galatasaray University in 2017 with her thesis on “Squeeze-out of Minority Shareholders in Public Companies”. She obtained her PhD in Private Law from Galatasaray University in 2025 with her dissertation entitled "Equity in Joint Stock Companies".
