Biography

Assoc.Prof. Hatime Çiftçi has been working at MEF University since January 2020. She served as a chair at the Department of English Language Teaching between July 2021 and June 2024. Her research has been published in Journal of Politeness Research, TESOL Journal, CALICO Journal, Journal of Educational Computing Research, and Eurasian Journal of Applied Linguistics. Also, having taken various academic and administrative roles so far, Dr.Çiftçi has advised several M.A. theses and offered many undergraduate/graduate courses.
