Salih Haydar Günler graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University in 2016. In the same year, he commenced his legal internship. In 2017, he began his LL.M. studies in the Private Law Program at the Institute of Social Sciences of Istanbul University and completed his legal internship during this period.
He received his LL.M. degree in 2019 with his thesis titled “Persons Deemed Insured under Article 4/1-a of the Law No. 5510.” In December 2025, he earned his Ph.D. degree in Private Law from Istanbul University with his dissertation titled “Platform Work and Platform Workers in Labour Law.”
Since 2017, he has been working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Labour and Social Security Law at MEF University Faculty of Law.
