Biography

Sercan Akgül, graduated from Pertevniyal High School in 2013. He earned his LL.B. from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2019. After completing his legal internship, he started his master degree in İstanbul University Private Law Master's Program in 2021. Currently he is working at MEF University Faculty of Law, as a research assistant in the Civil Procedure and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law Department.

Research areas

Civil Procedure Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Costs in Civil Proceedings.
