SERCAN AKGÜL

Sercan Akgül graduated from Pertevniyal High School in 2013 and from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2019. After obtaining his attorney's license upon completion of his legal internship, he started the Private Law Master's Program at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences in 2021 and graduated in September 2025 with his thesis titled "Recoverable Solicitor's/Barrister's Fees in Civil Litigation under Turkish and English Law". Since 2022, he has been working as a research assistant in the field of Civil Procedure and Execution and Bankruptcy Law in the Private Law Department of MEF University Faculty of Law.
