Biography
Hilal Selin Sargın graduated with High Honors from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University in 2021. She earned her master`s degree in private law from Istanbul University in 2025 with her master`s thesis, "De Facto Partition in Co-Ownership and Its Legal Consequences". She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Private Law at Istanbul University.
Since 2022, she has been working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Civil Law at MEF University.
