RAĞIP BARIŞ ERMAN

Dr R. Barış Erman, Assistant Professor, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Istanbul in 1998; he completed his Master’s degree in the public law programme at the Institute of Social Sciences, University of Istanbul, in 2001; and in 2007, he was awarded a PhD from the same programme with a thesis entitled ‘The Effect of Error on Criminal Liability’. He carried out the research for his doctoral thesis at the Max Planck Institute in Freiburg im Breisgau as a DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) scholarship holder.
