ÖZGE ÇOKPEKİN

Dr. Özge Çokpekin is a researcher in creativity and innovation management with a strong academic background in industrial engineering. She holds a PhD in Innovation Management and earned both her MSc and BSc degrees with distinction. Her research has been published in leading SSCI journals such as Creativity and Innovation Management, and she has presented her work at internationally respected conferences including DRUID, the International Product Development Management Conference, and the Continuous Innovation Network. She is a two-time recipient of best paper awards. Beyond academia, Dr. Çokpekin has contributed her expertise to EU-funded entrepreneurship and innovation education projects, and actively mentors early-stage technology startups through the acceleration programs of Istanbul Technical University. With almost 15 years of international experience across Europe and Asia, she brings a global perspective to her work. Passionate about working with young people, she is engaged in discussions around forward-looking topics such as AI safety, effective altruism and entrepreneurship.
