ALİŞAN ÇAPAN

Dr Alişan Çapan graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University; he completed his Master’s degree in Human Rights at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and his PhD in Public Law at Galatasaray University. Throughout his academic career, which began in 2000 at the Faculty of Law, Istanbul Bilgi University, he has held the positions of Head of the Department of Legal History, Director of the School of Justice, and member of the Faculty Executive Board. He continues his research in the fields of constitutional law, administrative law, history of law, fundamental rights and freedoms, and the relationship between law and politics.
