He completed his doctoral studies in the field of Management and Organization. During his PhD, he authored the book "Management and Strategy in the International Arena." His research on conflict management has been published in prominent international journals such as the International Journal of Conflict Management and Negotiation and Conflict Management Research. He has also published studies in some of the world's most respected journals in the fields of technology and business, including Technology in Society and Cambridge University's Journal of Management and Organization. In addition to these, he has published extensively in journals indexed in Web of Science (WoS). Hızır KONUK is an expert in international business entry and management, strategic choices, and behavior at individual, group, and organizational levels. His scientific work continues to explore topics such as organizational digital transformation, the impact of artificial intelligence on society and individuals, and organizational conflict—examined within the frameworks of institutional theory and digital Taylorism. He is married and has one child.
