In our department, students’ academic achievements are regularly monitored and evaluated through exams, assignments, projects, and other assessment and evaluation methods implemented within courses. As part of extracurricular activities, students’ participation in seminars, career events, student club activities, social responsibility projects, and similar activities is recorded and monitored.
These processes support the development of students’ competencies, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and professional awareness. Students’ participation in extracurricular activities and the learning outcomes gained through these activities are monitored through student feedback and academic advisor evaluations.
The data obtained on students’ curricular and extracurricular achievements are regularly analyzed to improve educational processes and are used as part of continuous improvement efforts.
