Graduation Requirements

·       To successfully complete the undergraduate program in the Department of Political Science and International Relations and to graduate, students must complete a total of 240 ECTS, which includes 125 ECTS from compulsory courses, 20 ECTS in a second foreign language, and 95 ECTS from other elective courses in the curriculum and must have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.00 on a 4.00 scale.

Only after completing and passing all such courses can students, with the approval of their advisor, take courses from upper levels.

·       Students must choose a second foreign language and pass the four semesters (Second Foreign Language I, II, III, and IV) of the language that they have chosen.

·       Students must take the POLS/IR 200 “Internship Practicum” course and complete their mandatory internship of at least 20 working days under the conditions set by the Department.

·       Undergraduate students who enrolled in 2019 and thereafter must take at least one course, with a minimum of 4 ECTS and not exceeding 30 ECTS, from approved edX, Coursera, or other massive open online course (MOOC) platforms during their undergraduate studies.
